Started With A Passion. Built On Trust.
Sam started working in appliance repairs back in 2013 — not because it was a career plan, but because taking things apart and figuring out how they work has always been in his nature. A background in mechanics and computers gave him an edge most repairers don't have: the ability to think systematically, diagnose accurately, and fix the actual problem rather than guess and replace parts.
In 2017, Sam took that experience and went out on his own — launching OZ Appliance Repairs to serve Melbourne's northern suburbs. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a trusted local service used by over 2,000 Melbourne households.
