Common Questions

Can I cancel anytime?

OZ Appliance Care is an annual commitment. If you chose the 6-month instalment plan, both payments are required to complete your 12-month coverage. After 12 months, cancel anytime with 30 days written notice to [email protected].

What if I move house?

Your subscription is registered to your address. If you move, contact us and we'll transfer your remaining coverage to your new address for a $50 admin fee — one transfer per subscription period.

When does my coverage start?

Your coverage starts immediately after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with your subscription details and registered address.

How do I book a job as a subscriber?

Simply call or SMS 0423 511 932 and mention you're an OZ Appliance Care subscriber. We'll verify your address and book you in — no call-out fee charged.

What suburbs are covered?

Northern suburbs of Melbourne including Craigieburn, Epping, Thomastown, Campbellfield, Somerton, Broadmeadows, Mill Park, South Morang, Bundoora and surrounding areas.
